Manufacturing Associate Forming Team Operator
Pay:
Starting Pay: $22 $25/hr (most start at $23$24) Shift Options: 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday | 3:30pm 2:00am, +$2.00 shift premium, Overtime on Fridays Weekend Shift (1st Shift): Friday Sunday | 6:00am 6:00pm, Work 36 hours, get paid for 40, Additional OT available Ready to be part of something bigger? This is a Direct Hire opportunity with long-term growth, strong pay, and a team-first culture. What Youll Be Doing: Work with large-scale press brakes and rolling equipment Assist in forming heavy steel components for major industrial and defense projects Use tools like hand grinders and measuring equipment Read and learn blueprints and specifications Operate in a team-driven, high-performance manufacturing environment Who Were Looking For: This role is less about your exact backgroundand more about who you are.
