Job Roles And ResponsibilitiesDesign telecom sites from concept to construction including layouts and antenna mount design
Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and detailed plans
Perform site inspections and condition assessments and generate reports
Lead and mentor junior engineers and CAD designers
Develop sketches and perform drafting using AutoCAD
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project execution
Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications And CertificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with telecom exposure preferred
Without degree, minimum 8 years of telecom design experience required
Experience in new site development including tower or rooftop sites
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of structural components and construction drawing standards
Ability to conduct site inspections and document findings
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites
