About the role
Green Key Resources | Washington, DC Market (Remote Opportunity) Green Key Resources is continuing its expansion across the Technology Division, and we're looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing DC team, led by Denis Mikush. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience who wants to accelerate their career with a nationally recognized staffing and executive search firm. What You'll Do:
- Source, recruit, and qualify technology professionals across a variety of skill sets and industries
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Conduct candidate interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and sourcing strategies
- Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting Leaders to support client hiring initiatives
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate information within our ATS and CRM systems
- Consistently work toward weekly and monthly activity and placement goals
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting within Technology, Finance, Professional Services, or related markets preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
