About the Company: Fin Pro is partnering with a growing Insur Tech business looking to appoint an experienced Sales Leader to help drive the next stage of commercial growth.
About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to sell complex technology into the insurance market and knows what it takes to build a high-performing enterprise sales function.
Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of enterprise sellers Own new logo revenue across the US insurance market Build and execute the commercial strategy alongside senior leadership Coach the team across prospecting, pipeline development and complex deal cycles Work strategic opportunities directly and help navigate larger enterprise deals Improve sales process, forecasting and pipeline discipline Help shape hiring and future growth of the commercial team
Required Skills: Proven experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams Strong track record selling technology into insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers or other insurance organisations Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles Comfortable operating as a player-coach and getting involved directly in deals Strong understanding of insurance buying groups and enterprise stakeholders Track record of building pipeline and delivering against ambitious revenue targets Experience in an Insur Tech, SaaS or high-growth technology environment This would suit someone currently operating as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, VP Sales or senior commercial leader who wants to play a meaningful role in building the next phase of an Insur Tech business.
