Job Title Performs receptionist duties, which may include greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, distributing mail, and scheduling meetings and interviews. Essential Job Function/Duties Answers phones. Greets visitors. Relays messages. Organizes dealer trades. Performs stocking new cars. Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service skills Ability to understand and follow directions. Physical Requirements/Work Environment Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
