This pivotal role involves building and leading the team, creating and implementing scalable outbound lead-generation and qualification strategies, and taking ownership of pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs, as well as recruiting, coaching, and developing the team.Collaboration with marketing and field sales is essential to convert opportunities, and the role also includes managing external lead-generation partners and using CRM and sales data to enhance forecasting and performance. Applicants for the Head of Inside Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in inside sales, sales development, or business development, with a proven track record in generating B2B pipeline and revenue.Experience in building or leading an inside sales, SDR, or BDR function is a key requirement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM, forecasting, and sales analytics, and a background in selling complex technology, software, or solutions.
