Job Summary: Under immediate supervision, this entry-level technical instructional support positionassists with the operation of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program; plans, organizes, and conducts specific programs and activities; provides supervision of theoperations and gives direction to student leaders; directs and supervises TK-8 studentsin both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice, and program philosophy. Work location may be afixed site schedule or a flexible site schedule, dependent upon the needs of the program. Requirements / QualificationsMUST ATTACH PROOF OF:- Passing the CBEST, or- Having completed two years of college (48 units), or- An AA degree or higher, or- Must have passed the District proficiency exam in mathematics, reading, and writing prior to the job posting closing date.- 6 Early Childhood Education units from an accredited college, or Child Development permit preferred.- Possession of current First Aid and CPR cards preferred.
