Director of Quality & Compliance Lead Quality, Compliance & Safety for a Global Industrial Company Our client is an established global manufacturer. Seeking a Director of Quality & Compliance to own their quality strategy end to end. This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting to senior leadership, with direct access to ownership.
What You'll Do: Own the Quality Management System and serve as the ISO Management Representative Build and lead a team spanning QA, QC, supplier quality, document control, compliance, and EH&SRun internal, supplier, and third-party audits, and lead management reviews with the executive team Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, calibration, and risk management programs Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to prevent defects from incoming inspection through final test Oversee regulatory and product compliance, including OSHA, UL, RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals Build KPI dashboards, manage the department budget, and report quality performance to leadership Champion the safety program and support sustainability and ESG reporting What You Bring 10+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing or industrial operations Experience leading multi-functional teams (15+ people preferred)Strong background in ISO 9001 audits and QMS ownership Quality experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field Why This RoleA seat at the leadership table with real authority to shape the quality functionA stable, long-standing organization that is investing in growth The chance to build and develop your own team
