Irontown Modular seeks an in-house Business Development Manager experienced in new construction and sales. You will guide multi-family and hospitality developers through modular construction, closing preconstruction and construction contracts while focusing on sustainability and customization.
The role emphasizes relationship sales, project management, and direct collaboration with construction developers to grow our modular business in mid- to high-end markets.
