Job Title: Appian BPM Application Support Engineer Location: Rahway, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description: -Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 production support for Appian BPM applications.- Monitor applications and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within SLA.- Troubleshoot Appian workflows, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations, and data issues.- Perform RCA and permanent fixes for recurring/complex production issues.- Analyze requirements and deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.- Support application deployments, releases, and production validation.- Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and third-party integrations.- Coordinate with L1, business, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution.- Prepare/support technical documentation, KT, and operational procedures.
Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Appian BPM.- Experience in Appian development, enhancement and L2/L3 production support.- Good knowledge of SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integrations and Appian Administration.- Strong SQL and API troubleshooting skills.- Good incident management, debugging, and RCA skills.- Experience working in Agile/ITIL production support environments.
Experience: 6+ years of relevant Appian experience preferred.- Experience in 24×7/rotational offshore support is an added advantage.
