About the role

RJ's Construction Supply is seeking a hands-on Nursery Manager to oversee operations at two plant nurseries in Sylmar and Gardena, Southern California. You will lead daily activities, ensure plant quality, and drive sales with expert product knowledge. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, at least 5 years of management experience and 10+ years in nursery or horticulture, plus bilingual English/Spanish, and willingness to travel between locations.
