About the role

Successful Journeys, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Behavioral Health Technician to provide day-to-day leadership at our adult Behavioral Health Residential Facility in Chandler. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., supervising staff and coordinating daily operations with the treatment team. The Lead BHT will ensure shift coverage, manage staff calendars, and act as a primary liaison among the residential program and care teams.
