Schedule: Monday–Friday | 100% onsiteEmployment Type: Direct Hire | Full-TimeCompensation: $90,000–$120,000 + bonus eligibilityPosition Summary: Seeking a hands-on Controller to manage Client’s daily accounting and financial operations, including collections, accounts payable, bank transfers, deal funding, bookkeeping, investor payments, and regulatory filingsThis is an upgraded role suited for an experienced bookkeeper or AP professional ready to take on broader ownershipKey Requirements2 plus years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or financial operations experience Strong full-cycle bookkeeping and cash-management skillsExperience managing invoices, repayments, bank transfers, reconciliations, and financial recordsProficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and report creationStrong communication, organization, accuracy, and initiativeComfortable managing a high-volume workload and working onsite five days per weekPreferred ExperienceSalesforce and business banking platformsSpecialty finance, private lending, or fund administrationNMLS, DFPI, state licensing, or regulatory filings Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Interview Process: Final two-hour onsite panel and assessment Two professional references required at offer stage Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match FSA and HSA options Life insurance and commuter benefits 15 PTO days, 5 personal days, and 5 paid sick days Federal holidays and 2 floating holidays
