About the role
Our client is seeking an organized, proactive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across multiple school locations.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and likes being the person others can count on to keep projects, payroll, reporting and administrative details on track.You’ll work closely with leadership and school teams, helping coordinate operations, improve processes and make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks.What You’ll DoCoordinate administrative and operational needs across multiple school locationsSupport payroll processing, timekeeping, corrections and reportingPrepare reports, trackers and operational data for leadershipAssist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and basic financial reportingCoordinate projects, deadlines and follow-up across locationsMaintain calendars, documentation, files and administrative systemsCommunicate with vendors, contractors and service providersDraft internal communications, presentations and announcementsSupport employee onboarding and other HR administrative needsTrack action items and follow up to keep projects movingHelp identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyTravel between local school locations as needed to provide operational supportWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in administration, operations coordination, project coordination or a similar roleExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple priorities and follow through on deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with reports, spreadsheets and operational dataProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceProfessional, dependable and comfortable working with confidential informationReliable transportation and ability to travel between local locations as neededEven Better If You HavePayroll or ADP experienceBookkeeping, AP/AR or financial reporting experienceExperience supporting multiple locationsHR or employee onboarding experienceProject coordination experienceExperience improving administrative processes or workflowsWhy This Role?You won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day.
