Rental Agent Location:
Burbank, CA A well-established company serving the motion picture and television industry is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Rental Agent to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a fast-paced operation supporting entertainment industry professionals.
Position Overview:
The Rental Agent is responsible for coordinating equipment rentals, assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, generating invoices, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a seamless rental experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment availability, pricing, and rental services. Process rental orders accurately and efficiently. Generate invoices and assist with billing and payment processing. Coordinate equipment returns and related documentation. Perform daily data entry and maintain organized rental records. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day rental operations.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required; equipment rental industry experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with data entry and record management. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. Experience or familiarity with film production equipment is helpful but not required.
