Welcome Desk, Student AssistantThe College of Performing Arts seeks highly motivated students to serve as Welcome Desk, Student Assistant. We're looking for friendly, organized, and responsible individuals to support initiatives within the College of Performing Arts. This position reports to the Coordinator of Administration and is an ideal position for students who are interested in a career in non-profit, performing arts, or higher education administration.Responsibilities:Serve as a primary service point for the College of Performing ArtsReception duties and answering general phone and email inquiriesClerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning and shreddingHandling assignments from department heads, staff, and administrationMaintaining organization of office and suppliesRunning errands on campus as requested by Performing Arts staffMinimum Qualifications:Recipient of Federal Work Study awardMust be a current New School studentStrong organization skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
