About the role
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner with the utmost courtesy and professional demeanor to respond to customer inquiries regarding service, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Work with dispatch team to schedule fuel deliveries to customers per their request
- Process orders for customers according to best price/delivery available and process new customer applications and other required paperwork.
- Complete customer bids as requested and respond in a timely manner to ensure Foster Fuels obtains the order.
- Support overall department goals and objectives and perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
- Individuals must demonstrate sharp intellect, a sense of urgency, respected interpersonal skills, initiative, and sense of urgency in their approach to accomplishing their work.
- Must be willing to work as a team and share responsibility to obtain goals.
- Must demonstrate flexibility and accountability to work in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while being detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

- Key Candidate SkillsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
- At least one year of previous Customer Service Experience in a corporate environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook
