Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Demonstrated experience in operating industrial equipment Demonstrate precision with measuring tools Ability to interpret drawings and apply math and/or measurement skills Experience in the industry is a plus! Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am) Ability to work rotational day shifts and night shifts Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed * Please note this is a non-smoking facility*

Employees receive monetary recognition on their 1st, 3rd and 5th year anniversary, and then, in 5 year increments. Direct Deposit– Direct deposit is mandatory for all employees and you can have your check deposited to the financial institution of your choice. Safety Shoe Allowance– Tex-Trude will give all full time hourly employees $40 payment (on your hire anniversary) for the purchase of proper safety shoes each year. Tex-Trude also offers Voluntary Benefits, which include: The opportunity to enroll in supplemental benefits offered through a supplemental benefit carrier. These benefits are paid by the employee and will be payroll deducted each pay period. Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Disability Insurance, Whole Life insurance. 401(k)– Voluntary pre-tax contributions with company match.
