About the role
Amazon Advertising is building toward a future where AI agents handle ads tasks. We seek a Senior Software Development Manager to found and lead the FAIM Evaluations team in Seattle.
You will own the vision, build a standalone engineering group, and align model, agent, and product teams around a shared scoring yardstick. This ground-up role reports to the VP and directly shapes how we measure and improve advertising quality across products and teams, with a focus on scalable evaluation
