Compensation: $18.00-30.00 per hour

As a Parts Counter Specialist, you will:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they need
Recommend products tailored to each customer's needs
Maintain a clean and organized retail area
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate parts information and follow established procedures
Build strong relationships through excellent service

What You Need to Succeed:1+ years of experience in the agriculture parts business High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer relationship skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to stand, climb, bend for long periods Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Ability to work extended hours on a computer Ready to Take the Next Step?
