About the role
Insurance Services Representative Insurance Services Representative I is responsible for collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables including but not limited to unpaid, denied and underpaid claims. Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

- Springfield, MO 65804 Hybrid, Full-Time (Will need to come into office 1/2 day per week)
- Required Qualifications Education: HS Degree or Equivalent
- Required Licensure: N/ARequired Experience: N/APreferred Experience: Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience. Prior Revenue Cycle and/or Healthcare billing or insurance experience
- Required Certification/Registration: N/ARequired Other Skills and Knowledge: Computer and keyboarding skills Preferred Skills and Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge. Communication and customer service skills
