Job Description: Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable Assembly Worker in Owensville, MO. This full-time, 1st shift opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want a consistent weekday schedule in a manufacturing environment. Requirements for the Assembly WorkerMust be able to accurately read and use a tape measure Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and reliability Previous assembly or production experience is helpful but not required Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check Assembly Worker Responsibilities Assemble parts and components following instructions and specifications Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete tasks Measure materials to ensure accuracy and quality Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines This Assembly Worker position offers a steady schedule, consistent hours, and the chance to build valuable skills in a team-focused production environment.
