About the role

Based in our New York City Corporate Office; this is not a remote position. The HR Operations Specialist will support HR teams across INDITEX companies in the United States and Puerto Rico, with a primary focus on People analytics, reporting, and operational support. This role will turn workforce data into clear, useful insights, maintain accurate HR reporting, and help improve processes across the organization. The role will also support Health & Safety initiatives, primarily through data analysis, reporting, training tracking, and coordination. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sensitive information and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Responsibilities
People Analytics and HR Operations: Analyze HR data and workforce trends to provide actionable insights that support business and People & Culture strategies. Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators, including headcount, turnover, hiring, and other workforce metrics. Support workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational reporting through accurate and timely data analysis. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for HR leadership and key business stakeholders. Partner with HR teams and business leaders to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement. Maintain data integrity across HR systems by conducting regular audits, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating their resolution. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve reporting capabilities, and increase efficiency through data and technology. Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Health & Safety Support: Support Health & Safety reporting and analytics, including the review of incident, training, inspection, and compliance data. Maintain and update Health & Safety dashboards, trackers, and reports to help monitor trends, completion rates, and corrective actions. Assist with tracking required Health & Safety training and communicating completion status to relevant HR and business partners. Support the coordination of Health & Safety initiatives, committee meetings, and related communications across U.S. and Puerto Rico locations. Assist with maintaining documentation and reporting that support the company’s Health & Safety management system and ISO 45001 certification. Work with HR, store teams, and other internal partners to identify data gaps and support timely follow-up on Health & Safety actions.
