Position Overview: A respected law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support a team of litigators by handling a wide range of administrative and legal tasks in a high-volume environment. • Key Responsibilities: Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, travel, and client communications Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files Handle state and federal e-filing and court submissions Track deadlines and manage case dockets within the case management system Coordinate billing processes and assist with resolving discrepancies Prepare exhibits and assist with trial preparation Manage and organize discovery documentation Enter attorney time and assist with new matter intake Support business development efforts through presentations and materials Assist with file closing and records management Provide additional administrative support as needed
