About the Role: The Company is seeking a President & CEO to lead its mission-driven manufacturing and distribution enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a bold, future-oriented enterprise strategy that aligns with the organization's mission of creating meaningful employment for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. This role requires a leader with a strong background in strategic and operational management, financial stewardship, and a proven track record in driving business growth and revenue diversification. The President & CEO will also be the primary ambassador to government, industry, and community partners, and must be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships. Candidates for the President & CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior executive leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in social enterprise or mission-driven environments. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to unify diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a strong command of financial principles, including budgeting, capital planning, and performance management.
