US Retirement & Savings Programs Specialist
Required Skills & Experience: 3-5+ years of experience administering U.S. retirement, savings, or benefits programs. Experience supporting 401(k) plans, retirement savings programs, and related compliance activities including non-discrimination testing and regulatory reporting. Knowledge of U.S. retirement and benefits regulations, including ERISA, IRS requirements, Form 5500 filings, and retirement plan compliance. Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, SAP Success Factors, SAP, or similar platforms. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or employee population integrations. Understanding of stock plan taxation, payroll reporting, and IRS Section 423 requirements. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP), employee equity programs, or stock plan administration preferred.
Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a US Retirement & Savings Programs Specialist to join a leading infrastructure organization on a permanent basis. This individual will be responsible for the administration and ongoing management of U.S. retirement and savings programs, including 401(k) plans and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP). The Specialist will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure program compliance, manage employee inquiries, support plan integrations related to acquisitions, and drive process improvements across retirement and savings programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of U.S. retirement legislation, payroll integration, and benefits administration who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
