Customer Service Manager Blank Label is an upstart men's clothing retailer with stores in Boston, Chicago, D.C., Atlanta, Denver and online. Through our own custom clothing line, our mission is to help men feel comfortable and confident in the clothes they wear.

The Role: Blank Label is looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee all non-store client touch points including phone, email, physical mail, and live chat. The role will include both client-facing work as well as overseeing part-time customer service representatives and operations representatives. The Customer Service Manager will report directly to the company President.
