About the role

Our client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking 3 PM's to join their Orange County Studios: Project Manager - Conventional Project Manager – Amenities Project Manager - Construction Administration / CAThe amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects, the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA & the CA PM oversees the construction process. NOTE• Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available• 10+ years of relevant experience required• Interior architecture / interiors experience required for amenities positions• Multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or amenity project experience preferred• CA experience required for the CA PMWHY JOIN THE TEAM• Firm recognized as one of the top 20 in the U.S.• Growing studio with strong project backlog and opportunity for advancement• Opportunity to work on high-profile, marquee California & National Projects• Collaborative, team-oriented culture• Competitive compensation and benefits• Opportunity to see projects through the full lifecycleKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration• Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination• Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including interiors, consultants, and engineers• Oversee project documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities• Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination• Ensure quality control and production efficiency across project deliverables• Mentor and support junior team membersWHAT YOU BRING• 10+ years of Project Management experience within Architecture• Revit proficiency• Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building systems• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Collaborative mindset with strong coordination abilities
