Extension is seeking a Talent & Operations Coordinator to join our internal team in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting multiple areas of a growing business. About Extension Join a collaborative, team-focused staffing firm where you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, talent operations, and business support. Work closely with our Recruiting and Sales teams while supporting candidates and employees throughout their experience with Extension. Receive hands-on training with opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities. Be part of a fast-paced environment where teamwork, communication, and providing great service are at the center of what we do. Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Support recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, and maintaining job postings. Coordinate candidate and new-hire processes, including background checks, required documentation, onboarding, and ongoing follow-up. Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and client information within Bullhorn and other internal systems. Support the Recruiting and Sales teams with client research, lead generation, reporting, presentations, and other day-to-day operational needs. Serve as a reliable point of contact for candidates and employees while helping keep internal processes organized and running smoothly. Desired Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, administrative support, sales support, or a similar people-focused role preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks. Comfortable making phone calls, communicating with new people, and learning new systems and technology. Proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and an interest in learning and growing.

Starting Pay: $20+ Based on experience and qualifications.
