Superintendent | San Francisco Bay Area | Commercial Interiors$180,000-$240,000 + Performance Bonus, Vehicle/Gas Allowance & Comprehensive BenefitsWe're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial interior and tenant improvement projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.Our client has built a respected commercial interiors business by taking on demanding projects where experienced field leadership makes a difference. The company has continued to grow while maintaining a hands-on approach to project delivery, giving strong Superintendents the opportunity to work closely with leadership and take real ownership of their projects. For someone who has already proven themselves in the field, this is a place where that experience can translate into greater responsibility and career progression.As Superintendent, you'll take ownership of field operations from mobilization through closeout. You'll direct subcontractors, manage the schedule, maintain quality and safety standards, coordinate with the Project Manager and serve as the primary field presence for clients, architects, consultants and trade partners. You'll be expected to anticipate problems, make decisions in the field and keep the project moving when conditions change.Qualifications8+ years of commercial construction experience.Proven experience leading commercial interiors or tenant improvement or similar projects.Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control and safety skills.Strong communication and field leadership skills.The position offers a base salary of $180,000-$240,000, bonus potential tied to performance, comprehensive benefits and a vehicle, vehicle allowance or gas allowance.The Bay Area continues to support a sophisticated commercial interiors market, making strong field leadership especially valuable on projects with demanding schedules and high client expectations.
