Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Warehouse Environment
Location: Livermore, CA
Pay: $22 + shift differential1st Shift: $22.00/hr2nd Shift: $23.50/hr3rd Shift: $25.00/hrAvailable Shifts:1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+$1.50 differential)3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+$3.00 differential)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Quick Base system for order and inventory management
  • Track and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
  • Perform stock checks and inventory verification
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and data audits
  • Process customer requests and documentation
  • Complete floor runs and customer inventory checks
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
  • Previous clerical or customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
This position combines administrative duties with warehouse floor support and requires strong communication, documentation, and inventory management skills.
