About the company: Bridge Builders AI LLC is a Florida company with three live products for small businesses: a Business Website with the Bridge View dashboard, an AI Customer Assistant for the website, and an AI Receptionist that answers the phone. You sell, our implementer installs and supports. No leads are supplied. Commission only, with a monthly residual for the life of every client you bring in. This is the first partner seat; the book of clients is built from your first close, not inherited.

Responsibilities: Source your own prospects: small business owners in trades, home services, and local professional firms Qualify, run discovery, and close on the Bridge Builders contract Hand each signed client to our implementer No installation, support, or delivery work Products and pricing Business Website with Bridge View: $999, then $99/monthAI Customer Assistant: $599 with our website or $899 standalone, then $79/monthAI Receptionist: $1,299, then $299/month including 300 minutes Bundles are the sum of the parts Compensation Commission only, no base.25% of each implementation fee; 30% at 11 deals in a month, 35% at 21, applied retroactively to the whole month 16.4% of the monthly fee for as long as the client stays: $49/month per Receptionist, $16 per Website, $13 per Assistant Paid when the client's payment is collected No clawback except a refunded implementation fee; if a client cancels later, you keep the commission and the residual stops Example: 10 live Receptionist clients = $490/month recurring, plus $325 per new Receptionist deal Plan on 25% this year: install capacity is one implementer, about 8 to 10 a month, growing as implementers are added What we provide Live demo line and public pricing pages at bridgebuildersai.com One-page compensation sheet Monthly statement of every deal and residual owed No platform fee, seat cost, or minimum

Requirements: An existing way of reaching small business owners (a client book, network, or funnel)Experience selling something on a recurring basis Comfortable with an honest pitch: the Receptionist discloses it is an AI, takes messages, and does not book appointments today Not a fit Anyone expecting leads, a base, or a draw Selling into healthcare, legal, emergency services, or regulated industries (excluded for now)Terms Independent contractor. Contractor agreement (confidentiality, IP assignment, no authority to bind Bridge Builders) and a tax form (W-9 for US residents, W-8BEN otherwise) before any payment. No equity.
