Learning Leader Barber The Learning Leader Barber will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of aspiring barbers at Paul Mitchell the School Turange Beauty Institute. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that not only meets industry standards but also inspires students to excel in their craft. The Learning Leader will mentor and guide students through practical and theoretical lessons, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the barbering profession. Minimum Qualifications: Active Barber License required Instructor License preferred Candidates who do not currently hold an Instructor License must be willing to obtain one; support and sponsorship may be provided by the company.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with curriculum development and instructional design. Familiarity with current trends and techniques in the barbering industry.
Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and effective barbering curriculum that aligns with industry standards. Provide hands-on training and mentorship to students, ensuring they develop practical skills in cutting, styling, and grooming. Assess student performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience and address student needs.
