Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site role for an Ayurveda Therapist at our New York, NY location. Applicant must have work authorization to work in the USA. The Ayurveda Therapist will be responsible for administering Ayurvedic therapies and treatments. Additional responsibilities include preparing herbal oils and formulations as advised, maintaining a clean and organized therapy area and treatment room.
Qualifications: Knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma, and traditional Ayurvedic practices Hands-on experience in therapeutic massage and Ayurveda detoxification therapies. Strong communication skills Ability to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in a professional setting Certification or formal training in Ayurveda or a related field Previous experience in a wellness or healthcare environment is a plus Compassionate, patient, and client-centered approach Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in the field of Ayurveda
