About the role
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs
- Lead development of complex features using Apex, LWC, and integrations
- Own CI/CD processes using Copado, including pipeline design and optimization
- Perform code reviews and enforce design patterns and best practices
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or APIsConfigure and manage static code analysis of Salesforce code (e.g., Checkmarx, Snyc) and remediation of bugs
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with architects on enterprise-level design decisions
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and large-scale implementations
- Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming)
- Experience with middleware integrations (MuleSoft preferred)
- Highly Preferred Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications
- Experience in regulated environments (CMS, Federal)
- Experience with DevSecOps tools (Checkmarx, Snyk, etc.)Knowledge or experience of Agentforce and Data360
