About the role

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Field Service Utilization & Productivity, to build tools and processes that optimize service center utilization and throughput. You will analyze how work flows through the shop and provide practical systems to improve productivity while protecting safety and quality. You will partner with Field leaders and multiple teams to ensure sustainable performance, manage daily shop operations, and deliver repeatable results across sites.
