Shopper Marketing Manager, RTD/RTS (Beverage Alcohol) Employed by Feast Agency | Embedded with a leading beverage alcohol client | Hybrid, NYC (2-3 days/week) Contract position 6-12 months (opportunity for full-time employment at the end of contract)
About the role:
Help shape how a fast-growing ready-to-drink (RTD) and ready-to-serve (RTS) portfolio shows up where shoppers decide. You'll turn brand plans into practical programs for On-, Off-, and Non-Premise, and set the standards that keep activation consistent and effective across priority markets. Employed by Feast Agency, you'll sit with the client team and report directly into them.
What you'll do:
- Turn plans into programs: Translate brand strategy into marketing programs across On-, Off-, and Non-Premise, grounded in RTD/RTS shopper behavior.
- Drive in-store impact: Support below-the-line (BTL) activation for seasonal moments and innovation launches, plus guidance on physical availability by market, segment, and path to purchase.
- Equip the field: Work with Brand, Customer Marketing, Media, and Sales to build sell-in tools, toolkits, and field-ready materials.
- Manage agency partners: Brief and review channel-specific assets and experiences.
- Be the commercial voice: Represent sales realities in planning forums so programs are practical to execute.
- Launch innovation: Build clear programming and communication plans aligned to brand standards.
- What you bring 1-4 years in trade marketing, shopper marketing, customer marketing, sales, or agency roles
- Strong project management and organization
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing agencies or vendors
- Clear communication and the ability to influence without authority
- Ability to commute to NYC 2-3 days a week and travel occasionally
- Beverage Alcohol experience a plus
