About the Role: The Company is in search of a Vice President for Mid-Market New Logo Sales. This pivotal role demands a leader with a strong commercial acumen and operational rigor to drive the acquisition of new mid-market customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire mid-market new logo business, including strategy, execution, and performance. This includes defining and executing a go-to-market strategy, leading a team of sales leaders and account executives, and building a repeatable sales motion that aligns with the company's value proposition. The role also involves establishing a rigorous operating cadence, partnering with various internal teams, and using data to identify and focus on high-impact opportunities. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 12 years' B2B sales experience, with a significant background in mid-market or enterprise new-logo sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a complex sales environment and scaling performance. Deep expertise in building and operating a new-logo sales motion, strong commercial judgment, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential. The role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to develop high-performing teams, and a history of improving sales productivity. Experience in SaaS, technology, or solutions sales to operationally complex businesses is preferred. The company values diversity and is an equal-opportunity employer. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
