The company focuses on advanced laser technology to support improved procedural efficiency and patient outcomes in medical care.
About the Role: This role supports menovex’s new urology product launch in the Americas, Europe and Middle east.
Regional Sales Manager Reports To: Sales Director. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth and supporting clinical adoption of menovex thulium fiber laser systems exclusively within the United States/South America/Europe/Middle east.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with company growth objectives, including developing partnerships with distributors, clinical stakeholders and rental companies, developing KOLs relationship in the Americas. Provide necessary product and technical support. Organize or take part in product training, product roadshow and 3rd party events.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in urology, gastroenterology or gynecology. Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
Required Skills: Medical device or laser technology experience, urology laser experiences preferred. Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and procedures. Strong clinical aptitude and communication skills.
