Responsibilities: Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Perform basic electrical tasks such as measuring, cutting, and running wires under supervision. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and orderly condition. Attend training sessions and classes as required to develop trade knowledge and skills. Support team members in completing projects on time and to quality standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong interest in pursuing a career as an electrician. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians. Ability to work in physically demanding environments. Good communication skills and ability to work well with others. Basic understanding of electrical concepts is a plus but not required. Commitment to adhering to safety standards and company policies.
