What we’re looking for:
Pride in quality, hands-on stonework and craftsmanship
Team-first attitude with strong communication and work ethic
Valid driver’s license
CDL license a plus
Experience operating relevant equipment such as excavators, skid steers, or similar machinery
Projects are within a 30-mile radius of Blue Mounds, WI
Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
Ability to work outdoors and handle minor lifting
The Role:
Assist in the installation of natural stone and rock retaining walls
Help with excavation, grading, and base preparation
Learn proper stone selection, placement, and stacking techniques
Work alongside experienced crew members to ensure quality and precision
Contribute to landscape projects that are built to last and look great
