About the role

Second Shift Assembly OperatorsWe are hiring 2nd Shift Assembly Operators for a Monday through Thursday schedule 3:00pm-1am. In this role, you will assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components, use hand tools, adhesives, and torque drivers, and support the production of laser pointer assemblies. This is primarily seated bench work with some lifting required. Candidates should be comfortable following work instructions, meeting daily production goals, and working with small parts in a fast-paced environment. Must have 1-3 years of Hands-on Small Parts Assembly work High School Diploma or Equivalent
