About the role
Seeking experienced Traveling Project Managers to support the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects across the United States.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering mission-critical facilities for some of the industry's most exciting clients. We are looking for professionals with a proven track record of managing complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities Manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through final turnover.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls.
Coordinate field operations alongside Superintendents to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, design teams, and key stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and solutions.
Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities for mission-critical facilities.
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
Data center, hyper-scale, or other mission-critical experience is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction management, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
Ability to identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
Willingness to travel extensively across the United States for project assignments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
