Shelbyville, TNResourceMFG is hiring Molding Material Handlers for 2nd Shift! If you have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Maintain material flow by filling hoppers and dryers Prepare materials for production and mold changes Empty grinders and manage regrind materials Clean loaders, grinders, and related equipment Ensure molding machines are ready for startup Move materials and finished products throughout the facility Operate a forklift safely when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Report equipment, safety, or material concerns to leadership Support production goals and assist the team as needed
Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience preferred Injection molding experience a plus Forklift experience or certification preferred Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed Why ResourceMFG?
