About the role

Educational Therapist or Reading Specialist Adapted Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Educational Therapist or Reading Specialist to provide individualized academic support for students with learning differences. This role involves working with children and adolescents either one-on-one or in small groups, helping them develop essential learning skills and strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or teaching credential strongly preferred Experience with structured literacy or multisensory intervention programs such as Orton-Gillingham, Slingerland, Wilson, Lindamood-Bell, Making Math Real is highly preferred Experience working one-on-one or in small groups with children aged 5-18 Ability to interpret psycho-educational and neuropsychological reports and develop appropriate intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
