Job Description:
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong Object-Oriented Design background including Design Patterns and UML3-5 years of Java programming and design experience (J2EE, JDBC, JMS, etc)3-5 years of experience with Java application servers including significant debugging of deployment and operational issues, preferably WebLogic/TCServerExperience working with Spring frameworks Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with User Interfaces including web frameworks such as Spring MVC and JSPExperience working with Web technologies including HTML, javascript, jQuery, CSSProficient in UNIX/LINUX and UNIX/LINUX scripting Proficient in SQL and relational modeling for RDBMs (Oracle, Sql Server, Sybase) Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work with users to gather and understand requirements Proficient with development tools including Eclipse, Ant, SVNCapable of working independently as well as an effective team member/leader Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise productionenvironments Experience with unit testing or test driven development
Qualifications:
- Experience with Object Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks such as JPA and Hibernate
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology (SCRUM)
- Previous experience developing in Flex
- Previous experience developing in Power
- BuilderExcellent interpersonal and written & oral communication skills
