About the role
Zopa is seeking an experienced Senior Fraud Operations Leader to drive the next phase of our fraud and financial crime program across London and Manchester. You will oversee APP scams, account takeovers, impersonation fraud, transaction fraud and disputes, reporting to the Associate Director of Fraud and Financial Crime.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
