Arrowood Designs, Inc. is a fully integrated manufacturer of commercial casework, furniture, and architectural millwork based in Norwood, NC. The company operates a 50,000-square-foot facility equipped with state-of-the-art woodworking machinery driven directly by engineering screen-to-machine technology to support efficient, lean production. Arrowood is accredited by the Architectural Woodwork Institute’s Quality Certification Program. Currently, we are underutilizing our facility and are anxious to grow our volume.
Role Description:
The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role located at Arrowood Designs, Inc. in Norwood, NC. Primary functions are:schedule production/Planningreview engineering/shop drawings for accuracy and ease of production Quality Assurancehire and fire production stafftraining production staffability to hold people accountableoversee and sometimes participate in equipment maintenancesafety meetings This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and coordination between engineering, manufacturing, finishing, and installation teams. We see this role as roughly 50% Office/50% Production Floor.
