You will partner closely with executive leadership to inform strategic decisions, balance growth with financial health, and ensure the company is always investor ready. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, building the financial foundation that enables Radix to move faster, smarter, and with confidence. Your work will directly influence how Radix allocates capital, measures success, and captures long-term value.What You Will Achieve Lead end-to-end financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and long-term strategic modeling.Build and maintain sophisticated financial models covering ARR growth, churn, pricing, LTV/CAC, scenario planning, and margin expansion.Deliver accurate, timely, and investor-ready financial reporting for executives, the board, and external stakeholders.Own cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and covenant tracking to ensure Radix scales responsibly.Establish and monitor core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn) to guide strategic and operational decision-making.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leaders to align financial plans with operating goals.Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using BI tools to surface insights and trends.Optimize and scale finance systems and processes across ERP, FP&A, CRM, and BI tools to support growth.Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition, audit readiness, and tax planning requirements.Provide leadership and oversight for accounting and collections functions, driving accurate financial operations, strong cash conversion, and scalable execution through the team.What Makes You a Strong Fit You bring 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity, including at least 3 years in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
