Goldman Sachs seeks an experienced Vice President and Lead Underwriter for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group, Asset Originations. You will oversee complex CRE debt transactions, lead a team of underwriters, and drive credit decisions from initial underwriting to closing. You will mentor Associates and Analysts, coordinate with sponsors, brokers, and internal partners, and present credible underwriting memoranda to committees, shaping pricing and deal structure.
